Who We Are

Not Just a training company. An institution.

The Integrated Performance Advisory and Transformation (IPAT) is a premier centre for executive education, applied research, evidence-based advisory, and decision intelligence. We equip leaders and institutions with the knowledge, analytical tools, and strategic capabilities needed to navigate an increasingly complex, data-driven, and technology-enabled world.

More than a conventional training institution, IPAT works alongside governments, financial institutions, corporations, development organizations, and non-profit entities as a long-term strategic partner. Our approach integrates executive learning, organizational diagnostics, policy and business advisory, applied research, and data-driven decision support to strengthen institutional performance, accelerate innovation, and build sustainable organizational capability. Through this integrated model, we transform knowledge into practical solutions that deliver measurable impact for organizations and the communities they serve.

"To become Africa's most influential institution for executive capability, evidence-based policy, and organizational transformation."
